Cleat Metal Brass Plated

A cleat is a small device used to secure a rope or cord. In the context of Roman blinds, a cleat is used to hold the cord or rope that raises and lowers the blinds in place when they are not in use. The cleat is typically mounted to the wall near the blinds and the cord or rope is wrapped around it, keeping the blinds securely in place. This prevents the blinds from accidentally lowering or getting tangled.
